In consideration of the sum of, $_______________ and the buyer's agreement to abide by the terms of this contract, the Seller does hereby convey all title and interest in the described Mastiff to the Buyer.
The Buyer agrees to inform the Seller of any relocation of the Mastiff within 5 days of that relocation. Furthermore, the Buyer agrees to take the Mastiff to a veterinarian within 72 hours for boosters if required, and check up. Buyer agrees to maintain the dog in good condition, including adherence to a regular immunization schedule, heartworm preventative, good diet, worming & grooming routines, and a clean and safe loving environment. Under no circumstances will a Mastiff be euthanized or re-homed without the Sellers consent.
Legal ownership of the Mastiff will not be transferred to Buyer until Seller receives full purchase price. (Cleared through bank) Seller is not responsible for actions or maintenance of the Mastiff while the Mastiff is in the Buyer's care. If for any reason, Buyer is unable to keep the Mastiff, the Mastiff shall be returned to Seller.

Show/Breeder quality or size of puppy at adulthood will NOT be guaranteed.
In the interest of the Mastiff Breed, Buyer agrees to abide by the Code of Ethics set forth by the Mastiff Club of America.
Careful planning and consideration has gone into this breeding, no one can assure that a Mastiff will not develop hip or elbow dysplasia. The sire has passed OFA testing on hips and elbows, the Dam has passed OFA on hips, and results are available by request.
The following conditions apply unless the Mastiff becomes dysplastic due to injury, if the Mastiff has been bred or if the Mastiff is over Thirty months of age.
Upon receipt of conclusive evidence of severe hip dysplasia, Seller will, at Seller's discretion, permit Buyer to keep the Mastiff and refund $600.00, upon certification of sterilization. This option will only be performed upon mutual consent of Buyer and Seller.
A diagnosis from the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation of Animals) shall be supplied to Seller. The Buyer agrees to be responsible for the expense and submission of x-rays to OFA and retest if OFA finds it necessary.
If any action at law or equity is brought to enforce or interpret the provisions of this contract, the prevailing part shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees in addition to any other relief to which the part may be entitled.
The validity of this agreement and of any of its terms or provisions, as well as the right and duties of the parties hereunder, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
The foregoing is the only warranty covering your Mastiff, expressed or implied.
I hereby agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this contract. I understand that if the terms of contract are breached, ownership and possession of the Mastiff shall revert to the Seller or his assignors.

In consideration of the sum of $_______ and the buyer's agreement to abide by the terms of this contract, the Seller does hereby convey interest in the described pet quality mastiff to the Buyer. It is agreed that this mastiff will be spayed/neutered. This Mastiff is sold with limited registration.
The Buyer agrees to inform the Seller of any relocation of the Mastiff within 5 days of that relocation. Furthermore, the Buyer agrees to take the Mastiff to a veterinarian within 72 hours for a check up.
Legal ownership of the Mastiff will not be transferred to Buyer until full purchase price is received by Seller. Seller is not responsible for actions or maintenance of the Mastiff while the Mastiff is in the Buyer's care. Although careful planning and consideration has gone into this breeding, no one can assure that a Mastiff will not develop Hip Dysplasia.
The following conditions apply unless the Mastiff becomes dysplastic of the hip due to injury, if the Mastiff has been bred or if the Mastiff is over Thirty months of age.
Upon receipt of conclusive evidence of moderate to severe hip dysplasia, Seller will, at Seller's discretion, guarantee to perform one of the following options:
1. Replace puppy (if available) with one of equal value (seller’s discretion) upon receipt of the Mastiff and its AKC registration papers.
2. Permit Buyer to keep the Mastiff and refund $300.00, upon certification of sterilization. This option will only be performed upon mutual consent of Buyer and Seller.
The Seller is not responsible for expenses incurred for transportation of the the dysplastic Mastiff or a replacement Mastiff(if available).
A diagnosis from the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation of Animals) shall be supplied to Seller. The Buyer agrees to be responsible for the expense and submission of x-rays to OFA and re-tests if OFA finds it necessary. Any contract guarantees are null and void if said mastiff is bred.
Under no circumstances will a Mastiff be euthanized prior to Seller's option to exercise the above option.
If any action at law or equity is brought to enforce or interpret the provisions of this contract, the prevailing part shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees in addition to any other relief to which the part may be entitled.
The validity of this agreement and of any of its terms or provisions, as well as the right and duties of the parties hereunder, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
